What's included as standard
- Above energy rated performance. Double glazing, sealing around every opening, wall wrap and insulation done properly and checked at the end.
- Floor-to-ceiling glazing, high ceilings, natural light, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and benchtops built to the highest standards.
- A clean, signed, well-run site in a street you're going to live in for the next twenty years.
How it runs
- Fixed price contract. Never cost plus.
- A full trade-by-trade breakdown before you sign.
