Mordialloc 1
Part of a dual-townhouse development in Mordialloc, this residence forms one half of a carefully resolved pair, united through a consistent architectural language and material palette.
Working with Finley Roberts Design and Innate Home Design, the home was planned to make the most of its orientation and natural light. Considered glazing and complex roof forms give the development a distinctive street presence while bringing light deeper into the home.
Inside, timber flooring carries through the open-plan kitchen, dining and living spaces, creating warmth against the restrained interior finishes. Large openings extend the living areas to a covered outdoor entertaining space and rear garden, while hardwood detailing, textured brickwork and carefully considered transitions reinforce the connection between inside and out.
